Due to the lack of bedrooms, and Natasha suddenly wanting to get her some Bruce Banner, Tony and Steve end up in the smallest guest bed he's ever seen. He doesn't really mind, and he knows Steve doesn't either, but still. Things have been different between them since Ultron had been created. Trust broken on either side, he knows. But he hates it and he wants to fix it any way he can.

Don't take from my pile! What a stupid fucking thing to say, but he's full of stupid shit and Steve knows it. When he comes in from outside Tony will just be sitting on the edge of the bed. He doesn't even look up when the other man enters the room. He'd just been dealt some pretty earth-shattering news out in the barn, even if Nick kept telling him not to be a pussy about it. And he's probably right, even if he's half-convinced he's a figment of his fucking imagination.
